These terms apply to the public CoinPork website, educational material, browser-based tools, game preview, support channels, and waitlist. By using them, you agree to use the site lawfully and understand the limitations below.
Educational and planning information
CoinPork provides general educational and organizational information. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or legal advice. CoinPork does not recommend an asset, transaction, wallet, exchange, or provider.
No custody, brokerage, or transaction execution
The public site does not hold assets, connect wallets, execute trades, transmit funds, or recover blockchain transactions. Never submit a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, password, or authentication code.
Waitlist
The waitlist is free and informational. It does not create a membership, entitlement, reward account, lottery entry, contract for future service, or promise of access. CoinPork may change, delay, or cancel planned features before launch. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload, scrape in a manner that impairs service, bypass rate limits, test stolen data, submit another person’s email without permission, distribute malware, impersonate CoinPork, or use the site to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
CoinPork’s original branding, written material, interface, and game content are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may link to public pages and quote limited portions with attribution. You may not create a misleading clone or imply endorsement.
Availability and warranties
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. Automated checks are limited and can miss risks or produce warnings that do not establish wrongdoing. To the extent permitted by law, CoinPork disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or a particular outcome.
Limitation and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, CoinPork is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or investment losses arising from reliance on public educational tools. These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the law of Georgia, without overriding non-waivable consumer rights.
