Privacy notice

Collect less. Explain the reason. Delete what expires.

This notice covers the live public CoinPork site and waitlist. It will be updated before paid accounts open.

Operator and contact

CoinPork is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Georgia, United States. Privacy questions and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@coinpork.com.

Public tools

The suspicious-link checker, fee calculator, public-address comparison tool, glossary search, and game preview run in the browser. CoinPork does not intentionally receive the values entered into those tools. Standard delivery logs may still contain technical request information when pages and assets are loaded.

Waitlist data

When you request the waitlist, CoinPork receives the email address, consent state, page source, and timestamps. A one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address and a rotating time bucket is retained briefly for abuse throttling; the raw address is not placed in the waitlist database. Confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.

Unconfirmed requests are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. The waitlist does not create a paid account, wallet profile, or reward balance.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides DNS, security, hosting, request processing, database storage, and delivery logs. Resend delivers transactional confirmation email. These providers process limited information under their own terms and security controls.

Aggregate acquisition counts

CoinPork keeps first-party aggregate counters for the UTC day, requested public page, broad source category such as direct, search, social, campaign, referral, internal, or crawler, and total request count. These counters use no analytics cookie, raw IP address, persistent visitor identifier, or value entered into a public tool. Aggregate rows are scheduled for deletion after 400 days. CoinPork does not add advertising trackers to the public acquisition site.

Disclosure and legal process

CoinPork may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, protect users or the platform, comply with valid legal process, or complete a business transition subject to appropriate safeguards. CoinPork does not sell waitlist email addresses.

Your choices

You can decline the waitlist and still use public resources. You can unsubscribe through a message link or contact privacy support. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing.

Security and children

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. CoinPork uses access controls, secret storage, double opt-in, generic responses, and data minimization. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
